ph659 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the ph659 platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your ph659 Account wallet, not including any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means non-cashable promotional credits granted to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any slot, live dealer table, sports betting market, bingo room, crash game, or other wagering product available on ph659.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.

By accessing ph659.org, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and (d) you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identity documents include: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS card, PRC ID, and voter's ID.

Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification within a reasonable period specified by ph659 will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph659 Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses across those accounts.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for updating that information promptly if it changes. ph659 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. ph659 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a unique, strong password. You must notify ph659 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. ph659 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

ph659 reserves the right to require periodic re-verification of account information and identity in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.

ph659 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, UnionBank, RCBC, and InstaPay. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. ph659 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits sourced from funds associated with illegal activity will be declined and reported to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of funds in your real-money Balance — not Bonus Balance. Winnings derived from Bonus Balance become withdrawable only after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.

ph659 processes withdrawal requests on a continuous basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited to your e-wallet within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within the same business day.

ph659 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph659 accepts no responsibility.

ph659 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. ph659 may place a withdrawal under review for up to seventy-two (72) hours in cases of unusual account activity, suspected fraud, or pending identity verification. Players will be notified via their registered mobile number if their withdrawal is placed under review.

ph659 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all ph659 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

Activities including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, structured low-risk wagering designed to complete requirements without genuine risk, exploitation of software errors, and collusion between players constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

All games on the ph659 platform operate on certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by ph659 or any player. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment visible on camera.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or other system error during gameplay that results in an ambiguous game outcome, ph659 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. Bets that have been clearly settled prior to any malfunction are deemed final. ph659 is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control including internet failures on the player's side.

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. ph659 reserves the right to modify wagering limits for individual accounts or across the platform at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph659 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including deposit fraud, chargeback fraud, or exploitation of payment errors;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other context where collusion distorts fair competition;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Exploiting known or unknown bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or systematically extract data from the ph659 Platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph659 support staff or other players.

ph659 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and its own player protection policies. The following tools are available to all registered players through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your ph659 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold for a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is prevented until the period resets or you modify the limit.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from ph659.

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, ph659's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph659 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph659 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on incorrect information displayed due to a technical error that was corrected in a timely manner;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside ph659's reasonable control including telecommunications outages;
• Losses resulting from your own failure to follow these Terms or to take reasonable security precautions with your Account;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side during live dealer sessions or in-play sports betting.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph659's liability for: death or personal injury caused by ph659's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

ph659 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph659 reasonably determines that:

• These Terms have been breached, including but not limited to the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 9;
• The Account was created by or is being used by a person under 21 years of age;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity is suspected or confirmed;
• The Account has been inactive (no login) for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• ph659 is required to do so by PAGCOR or another regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ph659 may forfeit any Balance and Bonus Balance in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure requested by the player — the verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph659 customer support via live chat. Pending bets and unsettled transactions will be settled normally prior to closure.

ph659 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph659 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by SMS to your registered mobile number prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be updated without prior notice.

The Effective Date at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version of these Terms became operative. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph659 Platform shall first be referred to ph659 customer support for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of a formal written complaint, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

ph659 operates under the oversight of PAGCOR, and players who have unresolved complaints regarding ph659's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may contact PAGCOR directly through official PAGCOR channels. ph659 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR regulatory inquiries and directives.
